This deposit confirms your commitment and secures your website build in my schedule. Once the deposit is paid, you’ll receive your onboarding checklist so I can gather everything needed for your project.

After your checklist is completed, I begin preparing your project behind the scenes, organising your content, planning your site structure, and setting up the foundations ready for the full build. This ensures everything is ready to move smoothly into the design and development phase.

Once this stage is complete, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance. Full payment is required before the website build begins, allowing me to dedicate focused time to designing and building your site without delays.

Your deposit is non‑refundable.Full payments are refundable within 24 hours of payment.
